The Richard and Susan Smith Family Foundation was established in 1970 by Richard
A. and Susan F. Smith as a private family foundation. Based in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, the Smith Family Foundation currently
makes annual grants of approximately
$10 million. With few exceptions, the Foundation’s resources are targeted
to the Greater Boston area.
